The Legacy Model

Our instructional beliefs help prepare our students for college & career.

TK-4

Instruction Overview

All ABLE primary

and elementary students experience a balance of

core content and inquiry-based play. The content offers challenging academics in reading, writing, and mathematics while fostering a child’s social well-being and development.

5-8 & 9-12

Instruction Overview

All ABLE upper-grade courses are A-G approved to meet UC guidelines. These courses are academically rigorous, involve substantial reading, writing, mathematics, and laboratory tasks that require serious attention to analytical thinking, evidence-based content, and oral and

listening skills.

Our educators establish a rigorous cognitive environment to ensure all students have a strong foundation in math and literacy.

INQUIRY-BASED

Our students embark on authentic real-world tasks for deeper learning experiences.
